| Rooms: | An exclusive Deluxe Suite room for all nights is included in the Diamond VIP Level; a regular-rate room is included in the Platinum VIP Level; Gold VIPs and Silver regular-attendance levels must book their room separately at our group rate. Information will be provided upon event purchase. |
| Transportation: | Diamond VIPs will receive transportation from the airport. All other transportation for registrant levels, including flights, is the responsibility of the registrant. |
| Cancellation Policy: | For Diamond and Platinum VIP levels, cancellations must be made more than 60 days in advance of October 14, 2016. There will be no guaranteed refunds if registrant cancels within 60 days of the event; only if we are able to fill the cancelled seat will a refund be granted if cancelled within 60 days of the event. For Gold VIP and Silver regular-attendance levels, cancellations must be made more than 30 days in advance of October 14, 2016. There will be no guaranteed refunds if registrant cancels within 30 days of the event; only if we are able to fill the cancelled seat will a refund be granted if cancelled within 30 days of the event.
