PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT TRAINING AND EDUCATION ON PLANT-BASED NUTRITION

Jenny Miller is the Executive Director of the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies (CNS), which is well known for its Plant-Based Nutrition Certificateoffered in partnership with eCornell. She has had the privilege to support several visionary educators whose work included: changing student behaviors and attitudes on violence, gang involvement and substance abuse; providing nutritious plant-based meals for school-aged children; and promoting health information exchange between China and the United States.
