The holidays can be rough for some people.

Specifically, people who are stuck in lack, who don’t have joy, or who don’t believe that they deserve love, happiness or abundance.

They often feel that lack more intensely during the holidays because it contrasts so strongly with the love, joy and celebration that rest of the world is experiencing.
