Smith, who, gosh, it was years ago now. Probably back in 2011, maybe 2012. I intended a webinar held by Mari and it was called something like The 10 Superstar qualities or The 10 Qualities of Social Media Superstars. That was what it was called. And I bet if you go over to her blog, you can still find it now. In fact, if I go and find it, I will put a link below this video to her article because it was a wonderful webinar. And she talked about all of the qualities that a social media superstar needed to have in order to build a fabulously big community of loyal customers.
