When we think of healing our relationship with food we often think of Intuitive Eating, which is an incredibly powerful and healing framework, that I love and use now with my clients. AND when I was in recovery from my eating disorder I had never heard of Intuitive Eating, so it was unfortunately not a framework I was able to utilize to heal. However, today, I share 5 things from my own experience that will hopefully be just as impactful and helpful for you in yours. These 5 things are also tools that I now use with my clients that help them find long-term sustainable food & body peace that also impact other areas of their life, too. It's pretty cool!
