Great content. I think one of the most powerful trigger is "revenge" "and shame" . Even as a kid I still remember how ashamed I was when my mother did not have money to buy proper food and at school I had a sandwich only with butter inside and when on the break between classes I wanted to eat my sandwich I would lean against the wall in the corner so no one could see from left or right that I did not have any ham or cheese in the sandwich and be thought of as poor kid.
