The Compassion Course is the result of my last 30 years as a writer and trainer, and the past 16 years, studying, living and teaching compassionate thought and action. It's my way of making the skills of compassionate living available to anyone, regardless of time and money constraints.
How It Works
Through weekly email messages, monthly online conferences and community support, this one-year course shares concepts, stories and practices that empower us to naturally become more compassionate. The course teaches practical ways to help us, and those around us, to have more understanding and well-being in our lives. The messages explain and demonstrate new ways of thinking, speaking and acting that allow us to prevent conflict or get through it without hurting or hating.
What People Are Saying
“If I gave appreciation for everything Thom Bond has contributed to me, I wouldn’t have time for anything else.”
-- Marshall Rosenberg (Creator of Nonviolent Communication - NVC)
"It has changed my life radically, I'm still amazed. Relationships that were stuck in old patterns have become fluid, caring and loving. Perhaps, at sixty-six, to find a new love with my husband, a warmth and closeness with my children, it all seems like a miracle."
-- Compassion Course Participant
