This project will admit an initial cohort of 50 of the most promising and potentially influential
(among their peers) of the war-affected youth in the region, according to their level of curiosity and positive engagement, and provide nine months of residential training in various economically productive, regionally-appropriate disciplines, in the presence of psychosocial support, constant follow-up and monitoring designed to maintain engagement and progress. Training graduates will then be provided with micro-credit and equipment in order that they may found new enterprises and apply their skills and generate resources for the next cohort of war affected youth.
