How Life is Built and Driven by the Sacral Center

We often make important life choices like these as a result of what we think would be the

“right” thing to do, and influenced by what others tell us would be good for us.  

We even make more mundane choices this way, such as where to eat, what movie to go to, or whether we even want to go to a movie, are made in this fashion.  

Why is it so easy to let other people make decisions for us?  

With most of the world being made up of Generators who need to respond through the power of their Sacral Center, giving up authority to others is often a way to guarantee  

• Dysfunction from feeling stuck and frustrated 
• Lack of growth and a loss of motivation to work
• Growing fears that nothing is worth working toward in life
• Problems with sleeping due to a buildup of stagnant energy  
• Constantly quitting because circumstances or relationships aren’t working
