OC16 Certification Large Group Dynamics Level 3

OC16 Semester 3 is the final semester of the OC16 Business Consultant Training.

Completion of all Levels is required for certification.

In this semester we will tie everything together:

• Gap Engineering
• Power Base
• Lines of Communication
• Foundation Penta
• WA Channels
• Alpha Grooming

Classes Are Recorded: If you need to miss a class for any reason; you have a work schedule or time zone that makes it inconvenient to attend class live, you may attend the class via the recording.  Please inform the instructor if you will miss class or need to attend via the recordings. Even if you are attending via the recordings – you are still expected to participate in assignments and online discussions.
