It's pretty simple – just follow below:- Think about something you've struggled to achieve
- Then track the thoughts that come up as you think about achieving your goal
- Write down what you come up with
- Then see if you have any negative thoughts that are holding you back from achieving your success
Should you find any negative thoughts then you've also got negative beliefs and that means your subconscious is not helping you achieve that goal.
