- Our core value is similar, to that of Zappos and Neiman Marcus, but incredibly different at the same time.
- We actually aren’t about customer service at all, we’re about partnership. In fact, we don’t even call our customers, customers! We call them students.
- We see ourselves in partnership with our students, we’re in it with them, to help them with their business. So of course we’re going to go above and beyond.
- We don’t see it as extremely good customer service, because we believe in them and are on their team, so of course we’re going to help them to the best of our ability!
- The important flip side of this is to recognize that partnerships go both ways! As committed as we are to this goal, we expect our students to do just as much work. If they’ve put in their best effort, we will too!
- In a situation where our student’s best effort is not apparent, at that point, we have our terms of service and we’ll provide exactly that. Nothing more.
