If you listen to this short audio, I ask reflective questions for you to learn how to notice what gives your life meaning and brings you happiness.
 Second, I'm giving you a worksheet to help you prioritize what you're tolerating in your life.  Tolerations cause us to feel overwhelmed and scattered.  
Write down everything you're currently tolerating and prioritize your top three. Then take action in the next 90 days to eliminate these.
