Grab a piece of paper and write it all down, particularly in the areas that are an issue for you
or that are keeping you from getting what you want.
If you find any negative statements that you’re still holding on to—beliefs that are part of your paradigm, your job is to recognize that it’s not a beneficial belief to have and look at it from a new, more empowering perspective.
Start believing the best about yourself and acting as if it were true. Practice doing that and you’ll start to discover what you are really capable of.
You CAN change your paradigm. Make the effort. You will be so happy that you did. Your whole world will change for the better.
