  • Be sure you have total and complete clarity on your big 5
  • Write down your top 3 action steps each week for the next month
  • Figure out what you don’t like doing, what you can’t do, and what you shouldn’t be doing, and then take steps to change your responsibilities
  • Make a list of possible partnerships and connections to cultivate
  • Watch out for distractions and push past your comfort zone
