To many of us, meditation seems impossible. 


We're told to remain still for just a few minutes, and yet even the shortest sessions can feel like they go on forever. 

By the end, the uncomfortable feeling we experience is the very opposite of the peace and silence we've been looking forward to. But while we might think that our problem comes from not wanting to sit still, it really comes from something else.
