ZEN YOGA TEACHER TRAINING

There is no educational program that can transform your life as much as yoga teacher
training.  You will meet and bond with amazing and like-minded people.  You will learn more about yourself then you ever thought possible, and you will gain a new perspective on life.
 
Zen Yoga Studio will be offering a 200 Hour Yoga Teacher training program in 2015.  Linda Stevenson, ERYT 200, RYT 500, will be leading this transformational journey beginning in September 2015. The program will be held one weekend each month from September through May.
