Tip #1: Spend 5 minutes a day tapping your forehead to relax the muscles. When you get stressed, you flex your corrugator supercilii (the muscle located at the inner extremity of the eyebrow), which causes unwanted wrinkles.
Get in the habit of relaxing this muscle by relaxing your forehead and then tapping it with your fingertips for 5 minutes a day.
I recommend practicing this for 2-3 minutes when you wake up and 2-3 minutes before bed. Super quick and incredibly effective.
