This Cooking class is designed to make the rest of your week easier. Vegan cooking can be hard,
it’s easy to get into a hummus rut! In this class we make 5 main courses, you bring 5 large tupperware containers (I suggest glass because the food will be hot) and take home what you make so that you don’t have to plan or make dinner for the rest of the week. In this class we will use all organic produce. In this class we will not use gluten, dairy or any animal products. We will be using nuts in this class, specifically cashews, and almonds.
